Who?

We appreciate if you have suggestions on who should be interviewed next on Being A Blogger. We don’t restrict ourselves to interview only established bloggers, so if you want to recommend any upcoming blogger, we would love it. Just keep a few things in mind while recommending someone for interview, which are not more than commonsense:

  • Is their blogging journey interesting enough to be shared with readers?
  • Do they have something to share with the readers which add value to the interview?
  • Do you know how to contact them and are they ready to swiftly respond to interview questions?
  • Would you yourself like to read their interview?

If yes then its great! Let us know who you want to see on Being A Blogger. Leave a comment to this post with recommendations

PS: You might like to mention contact details for the blogger to be interviewed. Else we will never know

  1. Hello! :)

I’m Aayush Arya, an Indian student and Macworld Author by semi-profession. I’ve also started a blog recently, called Penned Thoughts. It’s in infancy right now though, with the design and domain name not yet finalised. My Twitter handle is aryayush.

I would like to recommend Milind Alvares aka goobimama. He’s a friend of mine, resides in Goa, has an established blog and an outrageous sense of humour. His blog is located at http://goobimama.blogspot.com/ and you can contact him via email at goobimama at gmail.com. In all probability, he won’t decline your offer to interview him.

As far as your requirements are concerned, let’s make a checklist:

    Q. Is their blogging journey interesting enough to be shared with readers?
    A. Frankly, I’ve no idea, but sure would like to know.

    Q. Do they have something to share with the readers which add value to the interview?
    A. For one thing, he has an awesome sense of humor. He’s completely crazy. For another, he’s a pretty knowledgeable Mac user, graphic designer and pretty tech-savvy in his own right. I’m sure you’ll be able to wriggle something out of him that would “add value to the interview”.

    Q. Do you know how to contact them and are they ready to swiftly respond to interview questions?
    A. You can contact him via email. I’ve never interviewed him, so I wouldn’t know, but I think he won’t have any objection.

    Q. Would you yourself like to read their interview?
    A. Are you kidding me? Hell yeah!

If you do publish his interview, do email me a link (but nothing else). Thank you!

Keep up the great work and enjoy yourselves. :)

  2. I had no idea that posting a comment here would make it publicly viewable without any moderation. I thought the information would be emailed or something.

So could you please remove his email address from the post above? Or, at least, de-format it so that it isn’t subjected to email harvesting?

    Thanks.

  3. Thanks Aayush for providing such detailed information. We appreciate your recommendation. I have de-formatted the comment, as requested.

  6. What the world needs now is Webcomics, more Indian Webcomics :) Great interview for Brainstuck.com

I can suggest a few more:

Does comic and graphic novels reviews (both Indian and others)

    http://www.uncubedthecomic.com
Life and Times of an Indian guy named Krishna. Has Indian themes

I run an Indian webcomic myself, but I just started out. Maybe in some time you can interview me too :)

  11. Eric Wyatt

I really like this new blog called opinionpocket.com

I really don’t know a lot about the person who runs it because they kind of don’t share their information, but I would like to know more about him/her and find out where they get their material.
